Please call us to arrange your equipment pick-up or drop-off, at (770) 708-2020. Is there anything I need to do to prepare my desktop or notebook computer for service? If you're dropping off your laptop for service, remember to bring your power cables and the system discs that came with the computer and any software that you have added. For service of a desktop PC bring your desktop and system disc, no cables or accessories are necessary. The disc are preferred but not required for service in many cases. ****Please note that your system should have valid licensed software or software keys, if not you may have to purchase your software if it is needed. ****Call us at (770) 708-2020 if you are unsure what to bring. Do you sell spare computer parts? Yes. We carry many spare parts on hand, but if your part is not available we have several reliable vendors through which we can make hardware and software purchases. The parts are shipped via standard 3 day shipping at no cost to you or you can pay for next-day shipping . If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost. What do I need to know before I have a 411TechHelp technician service my equipment at my home or office? A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. We must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or other equipment/peripheral(s) to be serviced, your cooperation and consent to enter your business or residence, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power. Can I speak to a technician late at night? Yes! Our technicians are available until 10pm EST, seven days a week, 365 days a year excluding holidays.
